Blocks of marble, granite, quartzite, and exotic materials are cut using multi-wire technology and transported on 35-ton vehicles via LGVs (Laser Guided Vehicles), eliminating the need for traditional overhead cranes and ensuring production management with unprecedented precision and continuity.
The process consists of three perfectly integrated consecutive lines:
1 > Calibration and honing with 20 heads
2 > Resin with automatic, temperature-controlled application of mesh and resin, a microwave chamber and catalytic towers for uniform and structurally superior penetration
3 > Final polishing with 21 heads on 3 movable beams, followed by thorough quality checks, waxing, and application of surface protectants
