CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY

Uncompromising quality

In Italy, at Telgate, Marmi Orobici Graniti has written a new chapter in the history of natural stone processing. The innovative production facility—covering 13,000 m² of indoor space, plus a 7,000 m² storage area and showroom—is not merely an industrial expansion: it is concrete proof that the future of stone processing is already here.

At the heart of all is a revolutionary concept for the industry: total automation. Blocks of marble, granite, quartzite, and exotic materials are cut using multi-wire technology and transported on 35-ton vehicles via LGVs (Laser Guided Vehicles), eliminating the need for traditional overhead cranes and ensuring production management with unprecedented precision and continuity.

The process consists of three perfectly integrated consecutive lines:

1 > Calibration and honing with 20 heads
2 > Resin with automatic, temperature-controlled application of mesh and resin, a microwave chamber and catalytic towers for uniform and structurally superior penetration
3 > Final polishing with 21 heads on 3 movable beams, followed by thorough quality checks, waxing, and application of surface protectants

The result is a slab that has no equal on the global market: uniform in thickness, with a flawless surface, and deeply protected. Every detail of the process is designed to eliminate variables and maximize consistent quality.

Marmi Orobici Graniti does more than just produce slabs: it sets the global standard to which the entire stone industry aspires. An extraordinary investment in technology, safety, and clean energy, designed for those who refuse to compromise on quality.
