TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Description
Natural Brazilian stone with a dark gray color. Its soapy appearance is due to the presence of talcoschist, a type of metamorphic rock with a lamellar structure. Used for centuries for building constructions, soapstone can take on different shades of color depending on the place of extraction. This very hard stone, resistant to abrasion and temperature changes, is also used for external constructions, as well as for classic internal works such as floors and wall coverings.
