Concrete actions towards ESG objectives
WATER RECYCLING
Installation of a new collecting tank for production water with a sewage and re-charging plant for the water used in the circuit.
The water used in the new production process is 100% recycled without wastewater discharges into public sewer.
CLEAN ENERGY
Coverage of the new factory building with a new generation solar power system, extending over an area of 2,000.00 m², capable of generating a power of about 1 MW.
The new photovoltaic system provides 60% of the shed’s energy needs from renewable sources.
MAXIMUM SECURITY
Installation of a new fully automated plant, unique in the world, that guarantees the highest safety standards for machine operators.
Suspended loads, which represent the greatest risk of injury in our industry, are minimized. Ground handling of material is carried out with unmanned machines.
